In light of recent circumstances, we are now offering phone consultations for enrolled patients when appropriate. To schedule a phone consultation with your doctor, please contact our reception at 03 3524 875. We understand the importance of convenience and accessibility, which is why we are excited to introduce our new patient portal, Manage My Health.

Joining Manage My Health is a simple process. Just visit managemyhealth.co.nz and click on 'Join/Activate' or ask our reception for assistance. All you need is your date of birth and an email address to create an account. Through our patient portal, you can currently book appointments online with your doctor, order repeat prescriptions, and make payments conveniently online.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our patients, we kindly request that anyone experiencing cold-like symptoms, such as cough, sore throat, fevers, or a runny nose, inform us at the time of booking. Depending on your symptoms, you may be asked to make an appointment for a swab test.

In line with health guidelines, we also require masks to be worn in the waiting room if you have cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms. As seating is limited in the waiting area, you may be asked to wait outside for your appointment. Additionally, we kindly request that you do not bring additional people with you to your appointment, although a support person is always welcome.

We have updated our process for requesting repeat prescriptions. Now, all requests should be sent through the Manage My Health portal. We strongly encourage all our patients to enroll with Manage My Health. If you need assistance with the enrollment process, our reception staff will be more than happy to help.

Through Manage My Health, you can conveniently book your appointments online and order your repeat prescriptions. Please note that repeat prescriptions are only available for stable medical conditions that have had medication previously prescribed during a consultation with one of our doctors within the last six months. Payment must be made at the time of the request for it to be actioned.

Our operating hours are as follows:

- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8am - 5pm

- Tuesday: 7.30pm (late night)

- Friday: 8am - 5pm
