During your treatment, rest assured that your room will be well-ventilated, and we will have air purifiers operating within the room. Additionally, our physiotherapists take great care in regularly sanitizing the surfaces they touch and any equipment used during your consultation.

In the event of an outbreak, such as the Omicron variant, our staff may be required to isolate at home, resulting in temporary unavailability at the clinic. If this occurs, we will make arrangements to reschedule your appointment or offer telehealth consultations or phone calls. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure the continuity of your care.

One of the ways we prioritize your care is by offering 40-minute consultation times. This allows for a detailed assessment of your injury or condition, as well as ample time for treatment and self-management advice. We also provide handouts for any prescribed exercises whenever possible.

We work closely with your referring doctor, specialist, or health professional to ensure coordinated care. A progress letter will be sent to your referring specialist/doctor during your follow-up visit or upon completion of your treatment.
