Due to the increased demand from patients with COVID and other winter illnesses, we have noticed lower availability of appointments in recent weeks. Additionally, we have experienced a shortage of staff. However, please be assured that we are doing our very best to manage the demand and provide the care you need.

To ensure efficient scheduling, we kindly request that if you no longer require your appointment, please cancel it at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a non-attendance fee of $30.00 for missed or late-canceled consultations.

Currently, we are accepting limited enrolments for residents local to Eastcare Health. If you are interested, please visit our clinic and enquire about the enrollment process.

In the event that we are not available, we want to ensure you still have access to healthcare. That's why we recommend the 24 Hour Surgery located at 401 Madras St. The entrance is on the left just before you reach Bealey Ave if you are traveling north on Madras St. They provide round-the-clock service, and you can find more information at www.24hoursurgery.co.nz or by calling 365 7777.
