To ensure the safety of all patients, our waiting room is operating at limited capacity. You may be asked to wait in your vehicle until the doctor is ready to see you. "Have been with Catherine for 9 years now. Amazing GP, very knowledgeable and always goes out of her way, even to the point of calling outside office hours if it us something important. She has,a very busy schedule but always makes sure you are attended too. Sometimes appointments are a bit latercthan scheduled, but this is to be expected with such busy times for all GP. Highly recommend Catherine and her team. Sue the receptionist is great and always gets the othersude taken care of."
"Worst medical clinic I ever went to. Only stayed with them because no other places would accept new patients during Covid times. Very unfriendly receptionist. They managed to mess up my kid's routine childhood vaccination schedule which then gave her severe needle phobia. Would not recommend."
"Dr Catherine has been very knowledgable, efficient and kind every time I have been , despite being very busy. I admire her friendliness and dedication in these difficult times in healthcare. Thank you for your service."
"Omg where to start with this place.. i started geting boils so went into see how to treat them. 1st she told me its ingrown hairs stop shaving.. didnt work.. next she said its a boil and told me to have a bleech bath.. the 3rd time its a cyst and gave me antibiotics when i had told her they dont work.. and after a google search she has now told me i have a skin desease (HS).. After all that i wanted to get 1 drained.. i specifically made an appointment for it. When i go in she says. Ok let me look as if shes in a rush.. then asked me if i wanted it drained well dahh.. and then says i will take one person before you and said to wait 10mins. I waited 30 she took 2 people so i left as i have a baby. And now they are harassing me saying i need to pay for the appointment and a over due fee. Scummy as. Find somewhere else. This women just wants you in and out. She dont care at all."
"Very good, fair and knowledgeable doctor. I changed to a different doctor simply because the wait time is so high. Not unusual for her to be 30 mins late, which for me costs more than the actual appointment."
