"A really fantastic space for kids to run, climb and play and even bring your scooter as it has an awesome pump track, lots of great equipment, really good seating areas if you're staying for a while and want to sit, enjoy a snack or even a meal here, lots of shaded cover over the equipment for the young'uns. However, there are no toilet facilities here and unfortunately some little grub had already vandalised the slides with graffiti. Hopefully the council will get there to clean it off but a bit disappointing to see when this recreation ground is so new."

"Pray ground for kids in Matavai Road. There are lots of activities for children and lots of spaces for them to run around and for parents or caregivers to have a picnic. I wish there were a few more greens for shade. Finding a park during weekends will be challenging but otherwise all good."
