He was outstanding and patient with my son, going back and forth to check the computer for available sizes and going out to the store room to check for all options. We wanted to go to one store and not waste petrol traveling around. Leon made sure to check all stock, give us options, fitted his shoes and all without it feeling like it was a 'chore'. Nothing was a problem. We felt like we were 'important'. We were not rushed. My 10 year old son was absolutely chuffed at the advice and interaction from Leon. "Love the Mount store, but I was pretty disgusted by how one of the girls behind the counter treated another staff member. I was served by Olivia who was lovely and helpful. She just wanted to check that she had processed my exchange properly so asked for help from someone who’d clearly been there longer than her. The other staff member deliberately ignored Olivia, spoke to her appallingly, reluctantly and rudely helped her, then threw her a couple of dirty looks behind her back. All at the front counter and in front of me. Olivia handled it really well, even though I could tell she was embarrassed. I hope you can sort this. Doesn’t look like a very pleasant working environment."
