"Dr Andrew is an amazing vet. Very experienced. Have been taking our dog there since he was a Pup and he loves going there. Have always been able to find a booking availability within 10 days. To the id1ot who gave a 1 star review, there has been a pandemic if you hadn’t realised, and if this clinic gets exposed then there will be hundreds of senior locals in Daylesford and surrounds out of a vet making them have to travel elsewhere, not to mention the financial impact on business. Think before you ruin a clinics credibility!"
"Very poor service. Were made to wait outside and communicate in the cold through the window with no explanation. Couldn't find record of dog so he arrogantly went through old records and old now passed dogs names trying to work out if he'd seen the dog before. Absolutely no people skills. Won't be going back."

"Been there for puppy vaccinations & with those visits always useful helpful advice was provided. Update Aug 22 - took my pup to investigate possible infection. Vet couldn't tell me if glands were swollen & couldn't open her mouth to check her throat - waste of a visit & $82.50 for doing nothing."
