"Well organised park & kept neat, the on ground blokes were a great help a few times.. The views too Melbourne and youyangs are lovely. Also I found the two reception ladies at the End of the stay and upon leaving were v pleasant; can't say the same for a couple of the other ones when arriving and midway ."
"The place itself is great but my bike got stoeln overnight. When reported to the reception, I was informed it was not the first stolen bike in a short period of time. The place may seem safe but there is something clearly dysfunctional and I would advise to lock your belongings at all times."
"Nice place to stay booked a lawn site communications with staff very good. Easy after hours entry. We found the facilities and stay to be quite nice would recommend."
"Our site wasn’t clean when we arrived, the toilet blocks were dirty with the same make up marks and clumps of hair on walls and in piles for our entire stay, and the laundry was filthy and not cleaned at all. The washing machine that was out of order last year is still out of order this year. I didn’t experience these issues last year. Hopefully a once off."
"I have very mixed opinions on this holiday park. It was the first time I had been there and I was very impressed by the customer service at the reception desk, the ease of access, the pricing, and how close it was to the water! Despite being a public holiday, it wasn't very busy, which made our holiday very relaxing. The issues I came across however, was the cleanliness of the place. The ladies bathroom block was disgusting! Only one cubicle had toilet paper, 3 toilets had dirty seats and the entire floor was covered in sand, mud, grass and water! A lady we got chatting to informed us that she had been here a whole week and a half and the toilets hadn't been cleaned once in that time. It was very unacceptable. Then we went to use the kitchen facilities and had to deep clean everything before we could start cooking! Egg on the stove, gum in the sink, crumbs and milk on the tables and an overflowing bin. So like I said...I have very mixed opinions on this holiday park."
