"My American Staffy had this weird skin condition, and I knew it was not normal, and I needed to find a vet who specialises in skin. She had these lesions that started as black gooey stuff that was matting her hair, and then the hair would come away in clumps to the point of bleeding. I found Dr Daniel Mitchell and he discovered she had a rarely diagnosed sterile neutrophilic disease called "Sweets" Syndrome. Yeah - weird name! Dr Dan has got her condition under control now, and she is so much better, and it has been good to stick with one vet that knows about her issues. Thank you so much Dr Dan - from Anita & Honey"
"We had begun to despair that our Pug would ever live a normal life again. She was constantly itching, uncomfortable and far removed from her typical happy and loving character. Her skin was so reactive that even a gentle pat down her back would induce shuddering and pain. With sensitive assessment and targeted treatments, Dr. Dan has been able to turn around her life, and ours, in a comparatively short time. His instructions are clear and well explained so that you realise that you are part of a team in your pet's care, not a bystander. Dan has created a whole new future for our beautiful girl!"
"Dr Dan came recommended to us by another vet whom was no longer available. He saw us quickly and took thorough steps to understand our dog's dermatitis issues including my dogs paw infections and reoccurring ear infections. He also was understanding about my dog's anxiety and my family's limitions in constant treatment. He made a clear and easy to follow treatment plan that worked successfully. He gives free quick phone check ups to make sure everything is going well with the treatment. I highly recommend him! He's kind, caring and passionate vet."
"5 Stars all round. After over 6 months of severe problems with my dogs re occurinng ear infection, i was referred to Dr Dan for his specialist opinion. After only ONE consultation my dog had a diagnosis and treatment plan in place. I saw multiple vets at various clinics over these last 6 months who frustratingly, could not give me a definitive diagnosis. One hour spent with Dan and all was clear what was wrong. Dan was professional, compassionate and showed a genuine caring nature towards my dog and was very good at explaining to me in simple terms what was wrong so that i could understand. Within the week he permormed the necessary surgery required and as part of his service remained on call 24/7 for me in his recovery. This was extremely comforting given that i was so worried. Dan was continuous in follow up calls and text messages to check in on the progress inbetween his post op appointments. His service was incredibly thorough and professional and I have never experienced a vet to be so accomodating. I only wish i saw him sooner. Thankfully my dog has now completed his treatment and fully healed. Thank you so much Dan. 10/10"
