While my dog was on a hospital stay, I was given multiple updates via text throughout the day, including photos so I could see that she was cared for and treated with love. I also had the doctors call to give me updates on her condition, which was incredibly kind. My dog loves her vet team to the point she walks in with a wagging tail, which is just unheard of with other vet clinics.
