"Gorgeous lakeside reserve with a great concrete pathway for walking, running, cycling. It goes along the lake for lovely views, and then the path heads up into the parklands, winding through the trees. It’s a really lovely park. There are public toilets available. I would recommended exploring this area."

"Such a great walk and view of the lake plus you get to see sea Eagles!"
"If you're scouting the north east of Lake Macquarie for easy and free outdoor leisure activities, this may be a place to check out. Green Point Reserve boasts many kilometres of well maintained walking paths that are both wheelchair accessible and good for families. Along its many trails are several viewpoints and seats where you can sit back and enjoy views of Lake Macquarie, as well as picnic tables for those BYO family days. The path also leads to a couple lookouts that provide views from Swansea all the way over to Toronto. Only downside to this reserve is if you are a dog person. Dogs are not allowed in this area, even if on a lead. Highly recommended area for easy walking, picnics, and days out with a young family."
