"Lizard Log market takes place on Saturdays, yet during my visit, only a third of the usual stalls were present. One highlight was the freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, offering a delightful burst of freshness. The preparation of gozleme is a spectacle in itself, as it's cooked right before your eyes. The thin pastry envelops a fresh and slightly crunchy filling. I recommend trying the fried dumplings and shallot pancake – both are worth experiencing. This stall also offers Italian crispy pastry biscuits that are a sweet tooth's delight. The pastry is expertly cooked, devoid of excess oiliness. The dusting of icing powder on the crispy pastry imparts a subtle sweetness, creating a perfect balance. Initially starting with one piece might lead to a craving for more, especially when accompanied by tea or coffee. At $5 per container, it's a treat that grows addictive. An additional stall showcases unique rugs crafted from recycled materials like leather strings and fabrics. These distinctive rugs come at prices ranging from $40 to $50."
"Nice open area for picnic. Great play area for kids. Plenty parking area. Picnic talbles, plenty bbq area and well maintained toilets. Great for picnics, bbq or just stroll. Variety of landscape so kids can choose to take a walk, play in the sand pit, jungle gym, slides or kick balls in the open ground. Little pond attracts birds and provides little educational visit for kids."
"The area is massive, with lots of open fields and large BBQ shelters. Bathrooms are also decently new, pretty cool how the water from the sink directly goes to the play roots. Surprised there’s no bin in the bathrooms though, a bit annoying for handling nappies. The play equipment area is not bad. Two excavators, slides, logs, swings, and two really long flying fox gliders. A short hike will take you to a couple of really nice scenic spots."
"I was searching for a place to walk my dog. Found this place on my online search. Very nice place. Large playground. Well maintained. Lots of walking trails. Good for family gatherings and celebration. Plenty of picnic areas and barbecues around. There are toilets in strategic areas."
