"Room was amazing but dated, lounge was small even for two people. Recommend replace lounge, remove table and chairs, fit up a breakfast bar and stools. Outdoor patio fit out to protect outdoor area with roofing, rained the evening and morning area was unusable, BBQ supplied no access, overnight good weather fantastic, several days bad weather not so. Facilities highly recommend using, pool area in summer would be an asset, bar amenities 4 star plus, staff I cannot express how highly motivated a group of people to ensure your pleased and assist you at all times, they are an asset to oaks and themselves, very well done. "We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 2 nights. We had a view of the valley which was a beautiful scenery to see in the morning and during sunset. They also gave me a bottle of wine and chocolates for my stay as it was a birthday trip. The rooms were not great because some of the things and the furnitures were a bit old, but it’s ok because they still keep the cleanliness and still served the purpose. The location is excellent, it has all the amenities you need for a short stay. Accessible to everything. I like the service they provided to the customers, they provided the best service a resort can offer, very friendly, welcoming and positive vibes. I commend Rachael from the reception who was very helpful and cheerful, she was very lovely and always smiling and she even drove the shuttle herself just for us to get to the villa, (and the kitchen manager pick us up from the villa to get to the restaurant for dinner) - I don’t know if they were short staffed that time. Also, it just get busy during breakfast at the restaurant and always having long queues but the food were delicious."

"The villas are beautiful and the reception staff are really nice and helpful but we had a meal at the bistro one night and we were left waiting an hour for our food and it wasn't even busy (2 other tables of people) after seeing people come in after us and get served it was upsetting as we had already been waiting a while. It was also the first time I've ever received a starter after the main course as we had to remind the waitress we ordered one. This definitely turned us off our whole experience which would have been lovely otherwise"

From our initial discussions with Claudia, to meeting this extremely hospitable & kind girl in person to the service from Steph and the helpfulness of Chris upon checkout- our experience was fabulous! Our rooms were neat, tidy and central. Daily housekeeping was a bonus. The grounds are superb and maintained beautifully. The lobby smells amazing and the bathrooms pristine clean. We can’t wait to come back and refer our family & friends! Thank you :)"

"Lovely resort! Beautiful grounds and scenery. We stayed in a valley view villa near the spa, spotting kangaroos was a great plus!! The staff were wonderful! 10/10 trip. Can’t wait to return!"
