"I cannot recommend sapphire wood more and would give 6 stars if possible. We are very happy with our couch and the amount of colours we could choose from. Delivery time was less than expected. What stood out though was the service. Jeff was amazing. We had troubles fitting the couch in the elevator of our building (we have now learned to always measure). Jeff walked us through our options and came out personally to measure the elevator and then came back to assemble the couch himself in the apartment another day. The service here was far above expectation and I would recommend Jeff to anyone. We will likely be purchasing a matching piece in future."
