"Worst place to buy furniture. We Bought a sofa paying full price on January. The lady said will get deliver between 10-12 weeks. When we said it’s too long and we can’t wait that long, the customer service said it could be less than 10 weeks. 12 weeks is the maximum time to be delivered. We waited 12 weeks but with no delivery.we went to store the lady said it will be deliver in two weeks and that’s fine . After two weeks they didn’t contact us anything about delivery and we contacted them again. The lady said she can see ETA is Friday May 5th so they will call us for delivery on Wednesday on May 10th. But again no call from them. They call me on May11th saying it is delayed further for one month which is June 6th. This is very unacceptable. We need to wait for sofa for 4month with still no delivery. I had to cancel that order because I couldn’t wait any longer. Not going back again to this place. Very unprofessional"
"I ordered an armchair from Fantastic because I was after a very specific colour and they by far offered the biggest colour range. It did take 10 weeks to arrive instead of 6 but the store kept me updated. When the product arrived I was offered multiple delivery dates, had a phone call the day before and 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. The armchair is perfect and the service the team at the Fyshwick store provided was immaculate. Thank you!"
"Kudos to Karen who is lovely, helpful and patient to everyone who comes into the Fyshwick store. Despite a wait and many customers waiting Karen greeted everyone and told them she would assist as soon as she could. Also thumbs up to the dudes working at the loading dock for returns. Thumbs down the the customer pork chopping that they had to wait despite seeing there were people in front waiting. A little bit of patience goes a long way. Karen keep doing what you are doing and how you handle everyone."
