"Place is designed for a maximum of 3 people, especially the cutlery n pots if you're cooking. Most annoying on cold days shower goes hot & cold & de-pressurises. Small aircon is not enough to warm the place. So if you feel the cold -definitely not the place. Shower no shelves. Basin area nowhere to place your cosmetic bags but has a mirror cupboard. Terrible stains on carpets. No bedside table on one side of the bed. Very few plug points. Pros- Spacious for max 4 people.. Views amazing. Very good location. central to station and the on the trams"

"I give this 2/5 stars. Pros: Nice view and good location. Cons: It is an old and tired apartment for the price you pay. The room had a stale and stinky odour of a decade of guests. The carpet has not ever been replaced, all carpet stinks after so many years of use in this type of accommodation, they need to replace it. The old leather couch was also very used and tired. The apartment needs an update to be fresher and cleaner for guests. Also the toilet was not cleaned properly and had urine stains on the inside of the toilet seat cover, which was totally missed by the cleaner. I could not settle down and enjoy my stay because of these things."
"Second time staying, and it didn't disappoint. Great views over Docklands and Port of Melbourne. Room was very clean and amenities were excellent. My only suggestions would be a smart TV , better lighting in the bathrooms, and some more power outlets in the living area."
