"I had such a wonderful stay here. It’s in a Very central location, easy walk to Bourke St mall etc. Tram stops directly outside makes it easy to get around. This hotel is in a beautiful old historic building. All the staff were very welcoming friendly and always went above and beyond to help, Everyone in all departments were a pleasure to deal with and it’s wonderful to see such bubbly kind people who clearly love working here. Loved the Rad Laneway the entrance is located in with the giant wall of Graffiti art and mirrors reflecting it. Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast Buffet was excellent with a great choice of food to choose from and again everyone in all departments were always a pleasure to deal with. I got such a great vibe from staying here. They genuinely care about their guests. Housekeeping did an amazing job always making the room immaculate and keep everything well stocked and looked after. The front desk staff are legends - quick efficient and Super friendly. I enjoyed the service at the restaurant as well. 5 stars. I would be Keen to come back again asap and stay here at the Hilton Little Queen St.. This is now my new favourite hotel to stay at when visiting Melbourne. Thanks for an incredible experience. I’ll definitely be recommending everyone to stay here."

"The room was a standard 4-5 star hotel room, nothing that puts it above the normal. But the front desk service was atrocious. My reservation was made by our corporate agency, where the corpodate ghost card was used. Upon check in, i was asked ro provide the ghost card, which obviously i did not have as it is what it says - a ghost corporate card. Ao the agent asked for my peraonal credit card and he will follow up with their reservations team during the morning working hours. Due I was traveling on business and was busy, i checked 2 days after and since that agent was not on shift, the duty manager checked and said nothing was on their records - meaning, the agent did not do his job. Since i was checking out the next morning, i called my corporate booking comoany and let them talk directly with the duty manager, who was going off shift at 23:00, a good 3 hours to go. I specifucally asked that he follows up and as i was checking out in the morning. Well, guess what - when i checked out, they simply credited my stay to my personal card as they were not able to rectify with my corporate agency. Why oh why dud they not let me know last night so i could have followed up myself as our corporate booking agency is 24x7. I never had issues with Marriott ...which makes my next hotel stays a simple decision - avoid the Hilton.."

"The hotel is suitable for a short business trip, and is as clean and well run as you would expect the Hilton to be. The staff, however, are exceptional: every single one we met during our six-night stay was attentive, professional and courteous at all times. A special commendation goes to the waitresses Sarina and Lucia for providing an excellent breakfast service that went above and beyond our expectations."

"If you want to experience amazing hospitality during your stay choose Hilton Melbourne on Little queen street! Staff are perfect at their job, quick room service too. The location of the hotel is perfect its within the Melbourne’s CBD and even being at the mention location, you will definitely feel nice and quiet around you! Breakfast is amazing, good varieties are available. Speaking about room, they are big with the good view of Melbourne’s skyscrapers. The aroma in the room is lovely. They don’t have bath in all the rooms. However the showers are awesome. Would definitely love to visit the hotel again! Mr. Sumedh from Front Office is the best staff, as he will help you for each and everything. Mr. Spencer is another best person from the staff."

"Beautifully restored hotel into a Hilton in the city centre. Lovely inside and well appointed bed and guest rooms. Reception customer service is outstanding and very friendly with the nice text messages you receive during your stay. The breakfast area is also beautiful in a grand hall. The breakfast could be better with the selection of continental options. The hot food option is okay but is of low quality. Generally a very beautiful hotel in the centre of the Melbourne CBD and close to all of the wonderful restaurants on Hardware Lane. Overall a nice place to stay for a few days in Melbourne."
