"Bad customer service. I visited the store to return some quilt cover set however the sales assistant told me that can’t accept this even though it was unused and in original packaging. I try to explain that there return policy allows return of this product. But Seles assistant didn’t want to accept. I drove to another store and return without any questions. I recommend that the staff must be better trained on your policies and try to understand customer needs. I waste whole day driving between stores."

Cashier accused of me lying about the price when it didnt scan correctly and i told her there was a clearance price sticker in that section and she argued with me and told me to show the her where the price was mentioned. She could have handled this politely. Will never go back there again."
