"We recently bought a mattress and a pair of pillows from this store and we were looked after by lovely Jeanette. We absolutely love the mattress but the pillows even though we’re the best in class did not suit us and we found them firm. Due to hygiene issues, the pillows cannot be returned but after discussing this with Jeanette and visiting the store today she not only apologised few times but also gave us two new softer pillows absolutely free! "Store and sales team were efficient and helpful. Unfortunately the contracting who do deliveries were a disappointment. No communication to confirm delivery window, and not only that but they left all the packaging behind. When I queried whether they would be taking any of it, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Buyer beware that you will be left with a huge pile of packaging which you need to tidy, sort and dispose of."
