"I went into the store with my grandmother to get 2 new recliner chairs. My grandmother had been in the day before, and Sam the store manager greeted her by name. He was so patient and kind with her, assisting with every query she had, this kind of service is so appericated as at 90 years old she does need to take her time when making decisions. Highly recommend this store and Sam is setting the standard for customer service. I also must say the selection on offer was extensive, and you'd be hard pressed to not find what you're looking for."
