"Had to order a few storage items and the gentleman that helped me was thoroughly helpful. Later rang back to make my oerder which was seamless and then delivery was made the next day. Very good experience all round and would use again."
"It's possibly the worst experience I've had. When I called it was as though I was a burden. They couldn't be bothered and they said the cut off point for ordering was 2pm, I called at 2.10pm I asked if he could help me out by taking my order for the following day, he flat out said nope. He honestly didn't even try to help. He was nothing less than bloody rude. They don't deserve any stars"
"Have been an account holder over two months with 3 - 4 orders so far. Prompt service, online experience is succinct; their covid-19 protocol shipping-only is a bummer but understandable, however their policy on extra invoice charges on orders below $55 means you can't place an order for miscellaneous sundries or add ons. Whilst most suppliers and stockists have reduced freight and charges during this period, W&B think contrary is better. No exceptions even after contacting rep and customer service to waive $17 invoicing fee. Under normal circumstances totally understandable but with added $19 (no standard post) delivery you have no option but pay top dollar on sundries and fitting that other wise cost 1/7th the price. I wouldn't want my suppliers to lose or not make money but not meeting half way is just uncouth."
"I too have never had a worse experience. After ordering a small order and paying a courier to deliver the order I noted the order was picked wrongly. When the items I chose from the catalogue came, two were correct, seven were wrong and there were missing components and there was absolutely no apologies for that. When I spoke to sales about the problem it was then my problem. They said I needed to return the wrongly picked items (3hr turn around trip) or pay for a courier to take them back and wanted my credit card again to pay for the new items before they would deliver the missing and wrong components. When I explained it was there mistake the salesperson stonewalled me and treated me like an idiot as if it was my fault. At my expense I had to post back the two correct brackets because they didn't make that style anymore (even though they are the only type shown in their catalogue) to enable Wilson Bradley to send out two more wrong brackets to match the seven wrong brackets I had and the missing parts of the order. Do not purchase anything from this unprofessional bullying mob"
