"Was served at the till by a lady with dark hair and glasses receipt says Leanne but as she was sharing the till not sure if that is her name, hence using the description. Very unfriendly, rude and we felt as though we were putting her out by just being there. This lady is clearly in the wrong job!"

"This is the third time I have shopped at the Mornington store each time on a Monday. I get told that I have to wait because they’re doing the bed. This morning at 9:17am, the lady told me I have to wait once again as they’re making the bed and they will open up in five minutes. They continued to make the bed. I told them your website states you open at 9 o’clock, now open the door. The lady shooed me away with a hand gesture and told me to come back in five minutes. I was furious. They reluctantly opened up the door and we had an argument at the front of the shop. I walked out, and I told them that I will speak to head office. The lady replied good!. This is poor customer service. Making a bed is something that could be done during business hours having the door closed when you advertise your store to be opened does not pay the bills. If this was my business, none of you, would be working for me. Absolute disgusting behaviour."

"As I walked into this store this morning (7/4/22) there was a woman with her dog on a lead in the store, busily talking to the shop assistant. Hence, dogs are allowed in these stores? Fleas, fur, 'business' (unstoppable). Now if I choose to purchase, let's say a cushion (dog fleas could be all over it), the dog may do its 'business' on the shop floor...has anyone heard of humans & animals living too close together, sound familiar? Dogs in shops, on a new doona, sheet, cushion, ugh horrible!"
