"Such poor customer service. I call over 9 times in one day to be put through to white goods department and was always told I would get a call back. I never got a call back. This pushed my product to outside the warranty period and I was left with a product that should have been replaced under warranty but they refused to take any responsibility.If you are calling about a warranty issue they will give you the run around. This business has no integrity or care for it's customers. I will not be purchasing from you guys any more thats for sure. You should rename your store the S#!t Guys."
"We came in Anzac day to buy a vacuum. Wasnt too busy but no staff. I presume good guys don't want to pay on pub holidays. Regardless we waited 20 mins, asked for help twice and was rudely turned away so we left. Bought what we needed from Godfrey's up the road at a better price"
