"Charging store prices for donated and second hand goods. Just because it has a store tag, doesn't mean that's how much an op shop should charge."
"I love this shop… They have a wonderful range of pre loved homewares, Toys and clothing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming… Great for some unique styling pieces.."
"I read recent reviews, but still gave it a go. I have never left an op shop empty handed until today. Yes, the store looks great, but the prices are ridiculous. I finally gave up looking when I pulled a men's t-shirt off the shelf - neckline ripped to sheds, holes everywhere and hem worn off. This was NOT a fashion statement, but worn and washed a hundred times. It was even worn so thin in parts that it was no good for a rag. Tagged at $15. The brand was 'the people' so nothing that great .This store needs to get some perspective."
"Ridiculously overpriced. I don't know who sets the prices for the shop, but this is a message for you- people would buy things if you reduce it half. A secondhand jumper with holes can't cost 13aud. A used plate can't cost 8 aud. And a worn pair of old sneakers can't cost 35 aud Go to kmart and target. They have cheaper new things! Its opshop, not a boutique."
"I can not believe how expensive everything is! You receive everything for free/donations and you have the cheek to charge retail prices! I said that to a worker there, and she said, that’s what a lot of people say! Id rather buy the same thing, brand new for the same price you charge! I want to help charity but you are ridiculous!!!"
