"Third time customer, bought 3 old wooden cous cous bowls for $400. Two were delivered covered in mould! They all absolutely stunk, we had to put them outside! I emailed them photos straight away, all I got back was rude, condensing response saying they don't see it as faulty it's part of the patina. Mould is fungas not patina. I had to fight all day long with back and forth emails for a refund! Not even a sorry for this, let's sort it out. It should have been handled better and owner ship was taken rather than calling a customer a liar with photo evidence. They're now returned and back up on the website, covered in mould ready for someone else to purchase!! Avoid See 3 photos added to prove the mould, in which they deem ok to sell and are also denying in the response to me here, with further excuses. This is bowl 13 which is still on their website for sale"
