"The customer service in this office was so bad, it made me go to Medibank next door and cancel my Bupa membership. They have no idea whose turn it is and delete names from the waiting list, and god forbid you complain about it because they completely ignore you. Wendy Trinh completely disregard us saying that they deleted our names and decided to serve other people who had been waiting for 15 min vs us who had been there for 40. We were not the only ones exasperated and they truly just don’t care, the only silver lining is that Im not with Bupa anymore so I don’t have to deal with ineptitude."

No paper work or signature required. I left without knowing nothing changed. That's so funny. Later on, I went to Hurstville bupa centre and finalized my change of bupa cover. It took me more than half an hour！"
