"Service and advice not as good as Bupa next door but recommend the business of Medibank itself. Staff said they'd process the cancellation of old policy as they migrated it to Medibank, but nothing happened for almost a month. Was advised we didn't need to perform any actions. So it seems Medibank didn't do their part. Contacted Bupa and got a refund and everything all sorted, money in bank in less than 6 hours."

A lady wearing glasses sat at the door and said to me with a blank face and did not look at me" Sitting in that chair and waiting". But the lady sitting in the back waved at me and said with a smile" Please come here". It's a bad start, I think I will change my insurance, but thanks to the lady who help me with the claim, she was very welcoming."

"26 November 2022 Sitting at the third counter from the outside counting in, the Chinese woman in red had a very poor service attitude, rolled her eyes at the customer and had an extremely bad attitude. She interrupted before I could finish my request and didn't want to listen to what you were saying, she just wanted to finish her work quickly. I've never had this kind of service before and it really made me angry and ruined my day!"
