"STAY AWAY EVERYONE !! I had a terrible experience at this laser clinic in Burwood Westfield. The staff shortage meant I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my appointment. The person who attended to me seemed completely untrained and operated the laser machine incorrectly, despite my complaints about the extreme pain. As a result, my private area became red, itchy, and painfully uncomfortable, even after applying aftercare gel. The whole night was a nightmare, and the discomfort persisted. I have requested a refund and compensation, but their response has been lacking. I advise everyone to stay away from this place. Unprofessional and careless."

Also no refund policy, so do NOT deposit any MONEY with them, you will never ever be able to get that back even you have not used any of the service at all because they just don't want to provide you service."

"First time visiting this clinic. I called ahead to ask them if they had a certain spot size for hair removal- an 18 gauge. I used to be a hair removal therapist myself so I am educated in the parameters of laser. I arrived at my appointment and there was no 18 gauge head piece attached to the machine. I confirmed with my therapist that I requested this size. She proceeded to tell me that the 24mm gauge was an 18mm gauge. I explained to her that my hair is very fine and I have had many laser treatments on the 18mm gauge. It is not procedure to go up in size. She then suggested the most useless setting for my skin type and hair-it would more likely stimulate hair or do absolutely nothing. I had heard that results were bad in the industry, and I was disappointed to have this confirmed. Completely uneducated staff and lied to me that they had a certain part of the laser when they clearly didn’t, just to make some money. Wasted my time."

"Annoying how they keep telling you to buy more packages before sale ends. Better to observe your regrowth and decide as there is an expiry date. They said i might need 5 more which i didn’t. I probably needed a visit twice a year. Don’t buy membership. I was never able to book in for the x1 complimentary facial that was included because they couldn’t fit me in their time slot and can’t book online. Still have 4 sessions left and they remind you a month before your package expires. After cancelling one session (wrong week of the month) it was very difficult to reschedule as they were fully booked. I had to travel all the way to chatswood for a few treatments which is a 40min drive or more if there is traffic. If you buy an additional treatment for another part of your body you can’t even book them at the same time online. Whoever answers calls (HQ/call centre) is rude."
