"Came here to see Dr Anita for a mole removal. Price was very reasonable unlike a lot of cosmetic clinics. A week after the procedure, I am already very happy with the result."

"Don’t know why Anita can never stick to her appointment times. I consistently see her and she consistently has me waiting 30 - 45 mins past my appointment time. Clinic is well kept but time management needs to prioritised. What’s the point of having an appointment made, if you’re only going to take clients in when it suits you. People have lives and shouldn’t be left waiting more then 10 mins after there appointment time. Manage time better or get more hands on deck. Also if you’re going to leave someone waiting for an extended period of time, at least instruct the receptionist to offer coffee or water. Instead, I’m sitting here thirsty with a coffee machine staring me in the face."

"I had a terrible experience at Dermagen Clinic on last Saturday afternoon at 2.30pm and will not be returning. I had scheduled a third appointment made with Tina via email at the beginning of February. When I arrived for my appointment, I was rudely turned away by your receptionist Rosa after she advised me that I did not have a booking. Following this I showed her the email correspondence between Tina and myself confirming my booking, to which Rosa very rudely told me that appointments should only be made over the phone. It had taken me almost an hour to drive to your clinic on my only day off. To arrive and be dismissively turned away by Rosa when I actually had an appointment was extremely upsetting. I was further patronised by being told bookings are only accepted by phone, that it was my fault for not booking via phone, and that it’s not Rosa’s problem Tina only works part-time and did not pass on the message to her. My appointment was rescheduled for April however upon reflection, I will not be returning to Dermagen. I am shocked at the way I was treated by Rosa. Not only was she incredibly rude and unprofessional, she blamed me for making my appointment via email, despite all my previous appointments being made by email without any issue. I will be sure to advise all my friends, family and colleagues of my experience at Dermagen as this level of service is unacceptable."
