"Knowledgeable, but so arrogant! It is obvious that the guy behind the counter thinks that his knowledge of pools gives him the right to be rude & arrogant. His obvious need to lecture customers on pool maintenance, chemicals and all thing related will only help shrinking the business further - something he feels the need to complain to customers about.... Will not be returning!"

"Steve does a fantastic job of good, old-fashioned customer service. Only charges for what he has done, goes above and beyond to help, and the staff at the shop have been great too. I’ve been using their services for years and recently had a new pump, chlorine sensor, pH sensor and control system put in. Good stuff with good service. Any issue is never too small.
