My eldest 2 children had no trouble adjusting quickly to the lessons and environment, my younger 2 unfortunately had some trouble getting into the water without crying, the staff and instructors at Col Jones were extremely patient, caring and helpful, in no time at all, they were swimming happily and confidently. I have seen my children's progress over that period of time and how far they have come. My children and i have so much trust in the staff at Col Jones, they have given my children so much confidence in being in the water and learning safety, breathing techniques and proper kicking and arm strokes. "LOVE LOVE this place! Warmth from all staff and the instructors are kind and patient. We've tried 2 other places and this is by far the best. There is structure for each level and the kids get a sticker and map to follow their progress. The smaller pool for toddlers works well. My son looks at the medium pool for inspiration. The venue itself has some sandstone cliff like walls which makes you feel like you're in a cool cave or in Flintstone's world. My son improved on the first lesson he did here and keeps going."
