"I just wanted to give a big thumbs up and say a HUGE thank you to the Swimpool Team. we regularly get our pool serviced by them and I've always found them helpful and professional. However I was blown away when this morning I received some of the most efficient and speedy service turnaround ever! I emailed them late last night asking for help sometime this week to check our pool which had rapidly gone green. And was amazed when Tony from the team arrived at 9:30am this morning……so quick! Tony quickly identified the issue (a piece of equipment had reached the end of its lifespan and was no longer working), he gave me a good update on what had caused the issue and what action we need to take to get a new piece of equipment. However, happily, he’d also been able to find a short-term fix for the problem so we can enjoy our pool in the current hot weather in the meantime. Can’t thank or praise the Swimpool team enough for the excellent service."
