Lauren has helped my mum conquer her fears of swimming and my Mum is in the process defeating her limiting beliefs, as a result. I'm proud of how far my Mum has come in her swimming, even if it is as simple of becoming familiar with the pool/water. Thank you Lauren and Advantage Aquatics."

"I was there for a while and they had some good teachers but unfortunately their standard had really dropped. The last lesson my child attended was really disappointing where the teachers talked about their life affairs for the whole 30 minute lesson right in front of me which I found really disrespectful, moreover there with little instruction to my child. I believe this happened due to absent or lack of management. If I didn't complain, I probably would never have got my money back. Finally, they chose to tell us that my daughter had been unenrolled the day of her class instead of by email a few days earlier when they had obviously decided that fact. My daughter was in her swimming costume ready to do the lesson (with the lesson paid for up to that point as they refunded us after the lesson started) when they turned her away - she left the centre in tears. To make us drive all the way to the centre to tell us what they already knew earlier well - this is very vexatious behaviour from management. Looking at the way management deal with past negative reviews on this site - very defensive indeed! From a past customer, if you choose Advantage Aquatics and if there aren't any manager's around just make sure they teach a proper lesson. At times poor slow customer service, so be prepared to wait for a response unless it's do to with money. While they did change their floor to non slip, the cleanliness of the bathroom was superficial. The shower curtains were very old and mouldy, the nappy bin on the surface was clean but under the lid looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I don't think there is anything special about Advantage Aquatics - I just stuck with Advantage Aquatics because it the first one I enrolled in. My mistake was that I didn't shop around and explore other schools and I am now in another swim school which seems more organised, clean, quick customer service and friendly."

"Been with Advantage for 6 years. All three children attend. We have also tried two other swim schools over the years, during lockdown and when we were unable to find a suitable time with advantage. We always come back to advantage as they are superior with their teaching, their rapport with my children, and their flexibility with make ups, sicknesses etc. Yes, their facilities are not as modern and new as others, but for us they are always impeccably clean and this is not as important as the staff and the atmosphere. We appreciate all the hardworking teachers. Well done to all staff!"

"Really disappointed. I expected so much more especially after seeing good reviews, I don’t know what anyone sees in this place. It’s just a pool in a broken, dirty, run down shed. The pool is barely heated and the shed isn’t heated either so it’s freezing. My poor baby was just shivering the whole time every lesson. There’s barely anywhere dry to sit and leave your bags because of all the holes in the roof that leak. The bathroom/changing room is disgusting and the showers hardly work. My daughter has done lessons at several places before this one and it is the worst and somehow the most expensive. What am I paying for because that whole place needs to be fixed up just to be half decent. Teachers are nice but always quite distracted talking among themselves during lessons"

"Have had the worst customer service experience ever. Not sure what the deal is with not receiving phone calls and not replying to emails. They are so difficult to get in touch with. I have been trying to chase them since a week. I have had to personally go down there twice for a simple query. So I went there today with my two boys and the lady at the reception half way through helping me attends a call that goes on for a while and I ended up sitting on the couch. My little ones at this point are getting restless and tired. Another customer comes in and as soon as the reception lady finishes her call she goes ahead and serves the other customer with no acknowledgement of me waiting for so long. I at this point still having a little hope that she will at least quickly wrap up the customer quickly but nope. She is chit chatting while I am standing right in front of her carrying my little one and my other son hanging onto my leg. Had to leave as my boys were over waiting. My Terrible experience aside they seem to be very disorganized. How can a business be so poor on communication? Edit - I appreciate the advantage aquatics team reaching out to me and resolving the issue."
