"The lady I spoke to at the time was very polite and took my details for someone to call me back. It has been over a week and no one has called me back to organise an onsite consultation or even a timeframe when someone can come out. The 2 star rating was because of their lack of follow up. This comment has nothing to do on their workmanship or anything else. Just the fact no one has followed up. Update Happy with the fast response from the team at outback pools. Had a call from Daniel not long after the response from my post. He was very apologetic and professional. Looking forward to seeing Daniel on Monday."
