"We had our pool installed by Jim In September 2020. We were also in the middle of renovating and extending our home. Whilst there were a few chaotic days, nothing was a problem for Jim or his team. Over what has been a very wet summer, and as a first time pool owner, there have been the occasional stresses of not knowing what to do with an overfull pool, what chemicals to add or when but Jim has always been only a text or a phone call away. Never once not coming back to us. Jim’s advise and after sales service is nothing short exceptional. He’s has visited numerous times since the installation to talk through things and offer his advice. Has not once steered us wrong. We were confident we made the right decision to use irresistible pools from the start and they keep showing us just how right we were, over and over again. Nothing is a problem for Jim, no matter how small. If you are dreaming about your own fibreglass pool, I can 100% recommend him to make the best job possible.
