"Accidentally booked the wrong groomer for my poodle and won't be returning. My dog is almost 2 years old and have been to the groomers >15 times and I have not heard one groomer tell me my dog was a nightmare to deal groom. I suspected my dog would be uneasy there as soon as I saw how he was handled when I dropped him off. I would also say this would be the worst full groom my dog has had. Uneven all around and felt unfinished especially with his fur attaching to my clothes from the moment I picked him up. The only reason I would give this 2 stars instead of one is due to the promptness. Taking 2 hours as initially told."

Previous grooms always left Marco looking "bare" as he was clipped under matted areas, but Brendon patiently brushed through these knots so that Marco could retain his handsome coat.
