"Irina’s work deserves 5 stars. She’s such a reliable and hard working groomer and always makes our two Miniature Schnautzers Scotty and Lulu look amazing. I haven’t been 5 star client, running late for appointments a couple of times. Irina’s no-nonsense approach is highly commendable cos she let me know how and why me running late puts extra stress on her. Only fair. I appreciate the honesty…. and I was relieved that she made the haircut for Scotty and Lulu happen nonetheless."
