In order to sustain our business and ensure the highest level of care, we have found it necessary to increase our grooming prices for large breed dogs this year. The time and resources required to groom these dogs are significantly greater than those for smaller breeds, and we have adjusted our pricing accordingly.

In an effort to maintain efficiency and fairness, we will be implementing stricter policies regarding appointment punctuality. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will incur a $15 late fee, and those who are more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled with a no-show fee of $30 charged at their next appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate late clients, but please be aware that pick-up times may be adjusted accordingly.

To streamline our appointment process, our system sends out reminders a day before your scheduled appointment. Please respond with a "Yes" to confirm, "No" to cancel, or text us to reschedule. Failure to respond by the end of the day may result in your appointment being canceled and given to another client. Repeat offenders may be required to prepay for their grooming appointments in full.
