"Beck was extremely patient, understanding of my needs and handled my Japanese Spitz so delicately. Even with just a 3 hour session, our dog looked the best he’s ever looked. Will definitely go back and recommend to all Spitz owners - as you will learn a lot of new things. Furthermore, it’s better to go here than a generic dog washing company as they work with your dog’s personality and are patient with them, as long as need be (and you will be notified too throughout the session). "We are so grateful for Beck and her team's approach to dogs. Our 15 month-old Japanese Spitz's coat had become very matted and congested and he was becoming very anxious and upset about going to other groomers. Beck spent so much time and effort getting to know him and has managed to get him in great shape while maintaining a lovely relationship with him so that we all had a positive experience. Right from stepping in the door everything was happy and thoughtful (they even cuddled and trimmed our baby Spitz's nails!)
