"The rudest and most unprofessional customer service you’ll ever experience. I can understand being busy during rush hours but this is blatantly ignoring customers and Uber/DoorDash drivers with no acknowledgment. Turned away a family because their online ordering system is down and the customer didn’t have CASH… is this how a normal business operates while they have a eftpos machine sitting on the desk? Asked for a receipt since they brought out wrong orders and was told that they don’t have.. Although the food is great, the customer service you’ll experience here is not worth it. This review is based on multiple visits and hopefully the feedback can be taken into consideration."
"This restaurant that supposed to sell dumplings only because it's the only thing that doesn't taste bad I’m not sure it is hand made or frozen but another dish doesn't taste good at all also The steamed rice was so dry and hard that it was like leave it out overnight. I definitely won't go back to eat again. food was horrible tastes beef (Hungarian something ), can owners pls tell your chefs test it first before serve to customers anyway The staff was so nice fast and friendly"
"We ordered takeaway: 2 types of dumplings, Indonesian fried rice and steamed chicken in chilli sauce. The steamed chicken in chilli sauce is a cold dish and quite spicy. It's flavourful and the meat was tender. The fried rice wass slightly too sweet for an Indonesian fried rice and it's not spicy even though we requested for extra chilli. Dumplings were just ok. The fillings are not bad but the skins were quite thick."
"Fantastic experience. Does not dishonour the big brand. Very high quality food and service. Despite limited choices in the grand opening, foods are prepared with a very high standard, especially their signature Shengjian (dumpling?bun?whatever, the thing with sesames on top in my pic) are juicy, meaty but not oilly. Try it, you wont be disappointed."
