"I visited the store tonight to collect the pizza, Found the Pizza not round and balanced and top lid of the box sticking into pizza, Complained about the Pizza to manager Sri - He was holding breath shaking and angirly tried to grab the pizza box off hands and said me refund you. I was expecting the manager will apologise and will offer me to make me another pizza instead. This happened at 09:10pm on 6th of April. All on the footage. Worst customer service i have seen so far."
