Here's how it works: upon arrival, you'll be asked to take a bowl and make your selection from our temperature-controlled display fridge. With over 80 different kinds of food to choose from, including vegetables, fish, crustaceans, marinated meats, tofu, and more, you'll be spoiled for choice.

Next, you'll be asked to choose your soup base. We offer a variety of options, including Authentic Sichuan Spicy, Mild Spicy, Chicken Soup, Tomato Soup, or Pickled Chinese Cabbage (vegan option available). For those who prefer a different experience, we also offer Drypot-Sichuan Pepper, where the food is cooked in soup but served in a bowl without the soup, but with sauce on top. We can adjust the spice levels to suit your taste.
