"Thank you Dr Gary and all vet nurses. You did such a great job with our dog's recent lump removal surgery. He's usually terrified at the vet but it was lovely seeing him so calm with you. I think your onsite therapy dog, Mocha kept him relaxed, too. The wounds are healing beautifully. Thank you"
"Thank you to Gary and Melinda for taking such good care of my pup today after she fell sick overnight. Gary was very knowledgeable and thorough and treated my pup quickly with her being back to her usual self soon after. Prices were very competitive, especially for a Sunday last minute appointment. My dog usually tries to escape as soon as we get to the vet however today was calm throughout her appointment, so she must have sensed she was in good hands. Thank you again!"
"Thanks Garry and staff for your caring and the loving way we said goodby to our beloved dog euro after having him for 14 years having to say goodby was so hard but you made it a little easier with your compassion thanks from Leonie and Michael 25th March"
"Extremely friendly staff and great facilities like the pool! But those are only extras and unfortunately that’s not what I’m looking for in a vet. I’m looking for the quality and professionalism in advice and treatment of my pet which was not present in every visit. Probably not a good sign when you have to remind the HEAD Vet to do his job. 4 months ago we had a general check up on our doggo (who has since past two months later) we had to keep telling him to check her (ears, glands, general body, eyes) basically all that’s involved in a basic checkup WE had to ask him to do. Disappointing a vet with 50 years experience has to be reminded what a general check up means… Found him slow and inattentive and pretty apathetic (vet nurse was lovely and helpful and giving our dog heaps of love calming her anxiousness). When we got home we noticed small lumps under her jaw which should have been picked up. Unacceptable for the price you pay nonetheless our pets aren’t just pets, they’re family and always deserve a higher standard of care. I wouldn’t want to think that the early signs of our doggos cancer could have been accidentally missed due to negligence and disinterest."
