"We brought our Kona girl to the Greencross Kilysth team when she dropped weight and went off her food. The staff went above and beyond to help get answers quickly and shuffle appointments to get tests done. The end result was we had to put our girl down but the compassion shown by the whole team was outstanding and made the process stress free. We recently received a handwritten card from the team with their sympathies and some inked paw prints of our girl as a lasting memory. Appreciate all the work your team does and appreciate the personal touch you showed to us."
