"Very Professional Team at W.G. Vet Care. My first time. All my questions about my Pets health were answered, and explained fully. My sick dog was given an immediate appointment same day, I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment as it was urgent. A nurse on the phone made this assessment and found a time on the same day. They also did not over charge for this, which made me think they do care about the health of animals, and it being about their service to the community, rather than how much money can be made."

They provide exceptional services, from the Vets, the nursing staff and admin personnel. This week one of our Dobermans passed away and once again the kindness and compassion they displayed made this extremely difficult time more gentle. "Overall, I've had a very positive experience with most of the vets at the Warragul Clinic and have seen 6 or 7 so feel that's a decent sample size. All have taken the time to explain in detail, provide recommendations and given me the respect and time to make informed decisions to provide the best care to my dogs. I've really appreciated their open-minded approach to vet care, nutrition and vaccine/worming/tick protection protocols and continual learning to provide the most up-to-date information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Vet care isn't cheap, but I feel respected and not rushed through my appointments which is appreciated."
