"Today Benny had a visit for his annual dental procedure and general checkup and as is always the case Benny received the very best care, Benny is anxious at the vet and everyone goes out of their way to make sure he is as comfortable as possible, Benny has had 2 cruciate ligament surgery’s and Dr Cameron kept me informed through the day as to how Benny was going, i have been a customer of HPVH for approx 15 years now and can not speak highly enough of everyone past and present who has cared for my dogs over the years, thank you everyone at HPVH for the care, professionalism and everything else you do for Benny and myself."

The experience we had with Dr Cameron was caring and helpful as it always has been for many years. He helped us understand the injury sustained and the possible outcomes to fix it. He put us at ease and that's always comforting during a stressful situation to do with our beloved pet, who gets a little anxious at times. We also appreciate the receptionist, Jackie, who went above and beyond to assist us with submitting an insurance claim. It was effortless and quick. "You have asked me to take my post down but I will edit it. No compassion or flexibility not even for regular customers. I booked an appointment online that was to take place in less than 24 hours. You called while I was working and I could not answer it. When I eventually was able to check my phone you were closed. You called me before you had opened. I was driving to take my child to school. it was too late by then my appointment was given to someone else. What’s the point of booking online? Please add the check out and payment option to your online booking system or remove this altogether to make a phone booking. In addition You should make it clear on your website what your cancellation/no show fees are. I’m finding a new vet."
