"These guys go above and beyond to help out. So much so the head nurse chatted to me for 30 mins on the phone explaining my dogs condition and what a treatment plan may look like. Their Kew counterparts are also LOVELY ! They were so helpful. Marnie at Kew called the Hawthorn branch for me when I needed an emergency vet and was super caring and really helped calm me down. I will never forget her kindness. They truly care for the animals and are great at their jobs here. **Edit ** Came back here when I made the difficult decision to put my pet to rest and I cannot commend the team highly enough for how they handled things with such sensitivity and love and care. From the reception staff, to the note to other customers with a candle lit asking for quiet as some one was saying goodbye to their pet, to the arrangements for my pets ashes etc etc. Dr Patrick was THE most amazing human and he treated my and my pet with dignity and respect. I will never be able to repay the kindness shown to us on this day - the worst of my life. Thank you all SO much. You are all angels xx"

"I have a dog and two cats who are patients at this vet, and we always get fantastic care. My dog doesn’t always make good life choices in his consumption of non dog food items, and they always make sure he gets taken care of and back on track. Plus he’s always happy to see them every time. They also helped out with all of my veterinary needs when my cat came from Canada a few years ago, so they were good with international transfers too. The vets and the nurses are all excellent and I always tell anyone in the neighborhood to try this place out because it’s great."
