"Unfortunately I can confirm all of the negative comments below. Very disappointing. Building management have zero respect for the fact this is our home and will treat you with disdain. Looks great from outside but recommend you stay well clear, especially if considering purchasing."

"No complaints with the building/apartments but as a dog owner, I would absolutely steer clear of renting/buying in this building. Very few green spaces around, very few dog amenities in the area (ie bins /water fountains), some residents appear against having dogs in the building, but mostly building management are very strict with dogs (constantly putting up no dog signs in green areas / dogs not allowed in the enclosed outdoor area / even got told off for taking my 10-wk old puppy outside on the green area to let him run around on grass for 10 minutes because I didn't want to take him into a park)."

"Rented an apartment in Parkhouse for a year and the only good thing about it was that Victoria Gardens is across the street. The apartment was supposedly brand new but the paint was cheap and would scratch even when you accidentally brush up against the wall. The apartment was so small and the cupboards were ridiculously high that even step stools were of no help. The building was also unnecessarily strict, with moves banned on weekends and a strict “no exemption to the rules”. As echoed in the other review, you will receive a flurry of emails from the management - such as “do not push off water from your balcony if you are washing your balcony as it will fall onto the balcony under you”. As stated below, amenities and location are top tier but if you are planning to make this your home, I would highly reconsider."

"The Apartments are very spacious and newly built. The amenities on offer are world class like Swimming pool , Sauna, Virtual golf, theatre etc. Its kept very clean and tidy thanks to the management. Both the managers are very polite and hardworking. Overall a very nice apartment if you want to rent or buy. The only issue is the car park is a shared carpark with another building and a hotel. Also the Victoria Gardens shopping precinct is just bang opposite and also a tram line."

"Parkhouse is all flash and no substance. The apartments and amenities look nice enough, but are cheaply made and constantly have issues. We have been here ~six months and have already had issues with the ceiling fan, balcony door, bathroom lights, rubbish chute, public projector and roller door multiple times. Management is unnecessarily strict, making you sign a contract when you enter saying you won’t sue them if you injure yourself on the premises (even if they’re at fault), not letting you use the projector or golf room unless you have booked 48 hours prior (even if it’s currently unoccupied) and do not respond to your messages. You will however, receive constant emails from the staff which consists of unnecessary communication e.g. garbage chute being blocked and fixed within the same day. It seems people are leaving faster than they are coming in, and we will certainly be joining them at the end of our lease."
