"The property management of this building will openly lie to you, attempt to steal from you during a pandemic and break the law as they see fit. Do not move into this building, or you will be stuck dealing with their greed and incompetence. As you can see, tape is their go to method of fixing problems around the building, such is the level of their professionalism. According to Urban.com.au the apartment block was completed in 2014 which means they have let a major security flaw (all doors to the building unlock when you buzz someone up instead of the door they are at) linger for 7 years before fixing it."
