"Absolutely fabulous, caring and friendly service from Reception through to the Dr’s. Up to date facilities, diagnostics and amazing connection with me as a customer and my pets. I have 2 pets that I choose to be seen at this practice and one who just recently passed. I have been in the area for 30 years and have been extremely happy, more so with the clinic under Dr Kevin. I’m always greeted with a warm smile, my animals are treated brilliantly. I have used the cat boarding facilities and was extremely happy with that also. Highly recommended"
"We have had our dog Monty in today for an ear flush recommended by them. Not sure what has happened but is in a lot of pain.Been several hours .Seems that the main concern for the vet after revisiting this evening was the extra $45 dollars for pain killers which have done very little. Very little concern for the well being of the animal . Extremely disappointed . Will keep you posted in coming days. Once Dr Kevin was aware of the situation with our dog , he responded immediately with professionalism and care and was genuinely concerned and put a plan in place to have Monty looked at and as a result she is recovery well . Thank you Dr Kevin."

I feel Lulu my poodle is always in good hands with Dr.Kevin and when our boy Sammy was very ill, no stone was unturned to help him. Sadly our boy crossed the rainbow bridge last September. "Could not speak more highly of these guys!! They always provide the best care for my 3 dogs, and always go above and beyond to treat them. Especially earlier this year when my 2 year old border collie became very unwell with a massive skin infection- all the vets, especially Dr. Cindy did an amazing job on doing Maisie's biopsies and getting to the bottom of what was going on!! Now a few months later, Maisie is back to her normal and healthy self and we could not have done it without the team at Vets on Parker- forever grateful!!"
